Dear Regina and Vicky

I was able to build MobilityDB on Windows using Msys2. Everything compiled
and linked. However I was not able to run the tests due to a problem with
Unix sockets on Windows. I asked a question on the pgsql-hackers mailing
list

I have also asked the question to the Citus Microsoft team with whom we had
a meeting today.
