[MOSS-archives] Scientific paper on MOSS, anyone ?

Hello MOSS community,

for a short while, a copy of the rediscovered MOSS codebase was stored one the IT infrastructure of the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin www.diw.de/en).
DIW Berlin publishes a number of open access scientific journals. One of them is called "Data Documentation" (https://www.diw.de/en/diw_01.c.620269.en/publications/data_documentation.html). It covers new development concerning scientific data and also software.

The publishers of DIW Data Documentation offer to include an article about the evolution of MOSS into an OSGeo heritage project, since DIW Berlin was involved in the process. There will be no publication fees (nor salaries).
