yes, they disappeared - they were there a couple of days ago - i'll look at 
the diffs perhaps I find which line was deleted

I think it is a problem of preceding articles, we can fix that when all 
article before this one are ready - same problem appears with images. we can 
move them around but should start with the first article.

that reminded me that I still wanted to do some proof reading and redo some 
commands.

6) general grammar etc. spell checking at the end would be very good.

7) Asking for more volunteers for vol. 2 in your Editorial would be good.

8) having a proper OSGeo-Journal URL for download and for adding it in the
 Journal
