[Journal] Change to SVN! for handling translations

In order to adequately handle branches for translations in SVN, I've
moved all the main folders into a new SUB folder called en-us. For
you code junkies, this is like setting a "trunk" for the main US
English language version of the journal. This will allow us to not
have all the translations under a subfolder in the English version
like we were doing before.

For example:
/journal/volume_1/editorial

has become:
/journal/volume_1/en-us/editorial

Translations can then be easily handled under their other respective
language codename:
/journal/volume_1/fr
/journal/volume_1/es
...

Meaning translators can download only the language they are
interested in working on or reading.

For volume 1 I set this up using symbolic links to all the main
article category folders (editorial, case_studies, etc), so it
shouldn't affect your workflow if you are making any changes to
volume 1 because I've only added new folders, not moved anything
physically.

For volume 2 I've moved everything already. No files should appear in
the /journal/volume_2 folder, only subfolders should exist now.

Micha note that Yann's article is now moved to:
/journal/volume_2/en-us/case_studies/yann

I hope this works well, let me know if there is a better way to do it
or if I've bungled anything.
Thank Yves, for pushing us to figure this out!

Tyler
