Perhaps we can have the potential reviewers submit a resume or summary
of education/training/work experience to the editors. As I mentioned
before I don't want to shut people in the open source community out of
this process because they don't have a PHD, myself included. :]

Did Yann add himself to the wiki that Dan had set up for potential reviewers?
