[Journal] new reviewer introduction

Hi,
where is this place for potential reviewers?

Generally, anybody that is recognized (by actions/publications) could be a 
reviewer, editors sometimes ask submitters to provide a list of potential 
reviewers along with the manuscript (just 0.02cts).
