[Journal] Annual Report DRAFT available

FYI - The main content for the report is now complete, all articles  
have been incorporated.  If you're able to help proofreading please  
have a peek in the next 24/48 hours and commit to SVN or send me  
changes directly.

I haven't given it a quick proofing yet for layout or content, so  
there is still lots to improve, I am sure.

I'm hoping to wrap up by end of week and publish the announcement.
