[Journal] Status of Articles For December Volume

I forgot about Martin. I'll find a replacement. It sounds like Micha
might be able to handle that section, at least for this issue. Does
that sound OK Micha?

I'll let Tyler worry about the editorial article, I just wanted to
make sure we had all our ducks in a row.
