Was the article not submitted into OJS originally?  As long as it's in 
SVN and good to go, then don't worry about it at this moment.  Once we 
have all the articles compiled for publication, then we go back and make 
sure they are all registered with their relevant PDFs, in OJS.  OJS 
handles all the indexing, metadata searching, and building table of 
contents for the site etc.

Are all articles in SVN then?  If so, I can get into the repository and 
do another round of edits.
