 This was down to supertabular thinking it needed to split the table -
switched to tabular and it looks fine.

 Also fixed a problem with labels and refs due to wrong order of
\caption and \label (I never get this right).

 Also I had to change a very long URL to a bit.ly link - assume that's
acceptible.

 Changed the biography formatting to Name, Pic, Text.

I think that covers all the red ink I poured over my printout this
morning. I'll probably do the same tomorrow morning in case anyone
does changes over(UK)night and just to make sure all the refs and
cites are right.
