[Journal] Vol 7 and 8

Right, we'll skip news for vol 7 since it's a snapshot for 2009 activities.  Unless, of course, you are interested in create a listing of archived news headings from 2009 - but I wouldn't bother.  Push it over into vol 8 and start a master doc if you want.
