[Journal] Biblio help :)

[Tyler Mitchell (OSGeo)]

Volume 8 seems to be compiling well with just:
pdflatex OSGeoJournal

BUT seems bibliographies need some help.  Any thoughts please let me know. 
I'll get back to again later tonight but thought I'd ask, since then I always 
figure it out myself right away ;-)
