 I get

LaTeX Error: File `dev_announce/hansmann/hansmann.tex' not found.

there's:

ls dev_announce/hansmann/
178-344-2-SP.eps  178-345-1-SP.eps  178-346-1-RV.tex
hansmann_fig2.pdf  hansmann_fig3.pdf

 So I'm guessing you've renamed 178-*.tex to hansmann.tex, possibly
edited it, and not checked it in!

 If I rename it, I then get:

LaTeX Warning: File `./Figures/hansmann_fig2.eps' not found on input line 68.

 and I see no Figures directory... I think you need to add/check-in
some things, do a clean checkout, and see what you've missed!

 I've got:

$ svn update
At revision 5377.
