[Journal] The Journal Is Still Alive: The Annual Report

Hola, ¿Alguien se anima a escribir un resumen anual del capítulo? Yo
ahora mismo no me puedo comprometer, al menos durante las dos próximas
semanas (pico de curro) pero si alguien se apunta sólo tiene que
añadirse al wiki y escribir algunos párrafos para el Journal sobre qué
hemos hecho este año pasado.

Hi anyone willing to help writing an annual report of the local
chapter activities? For the next two weeks I'm ultra busy, If someone
can join the effort, please add yourself to the wiki table and write
some paragraphs to explain what we've been doing last year on the
OSGeo Journal.
