Would you be able to format the chapter report at the URL below into a
plain text file for me?

Also, we need to convert it to a narrative form instead of an outline form.

If you don't have time to do this, please let me know so I can make
other arrangements.

We'll upload the text file to the SVN when the file conversion is complete.
