[Journal] Volume 11: I Think We're Done

I forgot to include this:  the blog appears to have advertisements on it.
I'm opposed to ads on the journal blog.  It appears as if these can be
removed for $30/year.  I think that I already expressed my preference for
osgeo.org domains.  Anyways, I'm still focused on copyediting.
