I'll gladly click on every link and see that it doesn't 404 and seems like
the plausibly correct website.  I can do that before Monday.

I don't know what you mean with that sentence.  Can you rephrase?  I am
very much in favor of a definitive 'publication date' and then we are done
with it and move on to the next volume.
