[Journal] Update on Volume 12 and News on Volume 13

Landon,

Great to hear that you are continuing to make progress.

I've not started any copyediting since it is best to do that once it is in
the final format and layout since new errors get introduced in format
changes and layouts.  Also, I'd like to work in the final (working) format
of Scribus so that I can directly commit changes to svn in a manner that is
diff-able.
