That's because 5 were selected for publication in Transactions in GIS (ISI
journal). See the quick and dirty overview I juts mailed to the
conference-dev list).

As explained in the list email, we are already sort of guest editors. All
papers have been fully blind-reviewed and are ready for copy-editing. We
forced the authors to use a fixed, simple template, so that phase should
in principle be easy. Note that TGIS has already published some of them in
online preview.

Ah, good! These are indeed the fully reviewed and revised papers I talked
about having sent to Landon. Looks like he copied the files I sent him
straight into the svn.

I am available to act a guest editor for this if that what would speed up
the process. Note I have no idea how the copy-editing and publishing
process of OSGEO journal works, so please direct me to a page/doc about
that if it exists.
