[Journal] Time For a New Editor???

I've been very busy since the beginning of this year with a new day job and
the side business starting to get off the ground. I'm afraid the OSGeo
Journal has been neglected because of these other commitments.

Do we have another member of the Journal team interested in volunteering to
take over as editor?

I'd still help with the annual reports, the PDF production in Scribus, and
with contribution of topical articles.

Let me know if we have somebody that can step up to take over where I've
dropped the ball.
