It is great to see you're active again and that activity is welcome.
Even better if you coordinate your activity with other people.
Reading up on the last few dozen list messages over the last year

If someone wants to take the lead and they appear to have the
capability, then I would support that. I'm not sure that we have any
volunteers but it is a discussion that we can have. I am interested
in continuing to copy edit if there is an active Journal.

I think that it would be fine if you want to do an annual report, but
coordinate that with other active people and participate in the list
discussions so that everyone is on the same page.
On related topics, do you have any interest in publishing the 2012
Annual Report? Should we publish that?
