Eli:
I made an SVN commit. I'm not sure how many of my changes got through
because my working copy was out of date, but it looks like the only
conflict was with the Romanian Chapter. I'll see if I can get that conflict
resolved and then I'll look at your other comments. I'll try to do this
before the end of the work week.
