The first comment was that I fixed many minor things in svn in
revision https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/changeset/11997/.  I don't see
those changes reflected in this most recent attachment.  I also don't
see any of your updates in svn.  I'm under the impression that we are
collaboratively working on Journal development just like source code
so we would svn update, then make changes, then svn commit.  Seeing
diffs also makes it easier to see what changes have been made rather
than trying to look at everything again.

The rest of these comments were things that I couldn't fix myself in
the sources.

Looks mostly good.  If it were in svn, I would change "2" to "two" for
consistency in the first paragraph.

It seems to still be there.  Maybe the pdf didn't get regenerated for
this report.

This now appears to be the correct report.  Once the sources are in
svn, I'll review and copy edit it.
