[Oceania-Board] Open Street Map Agreement

Hey Folks

Firstly, I think this is a fantastic achievement and some tangible progress
and recognition of our new organisation.

I have had a quick read through of the document and have no concerns.

I don't think there's anything onerous that we need external advice on, so
I'm inclined for us to vote on this and for me to sign (as Chair).

Where is OSM saying we need to return it by Saturday?
