[Oceania-Board] Draft Communications Strategy - I need your keen eyes and wise opinions

Dionne,
   Apologies for not getting back to you before the meeting. This looks
fantastic and covers an entire gamut of comms that can be quantified! I
also do like highlighting the cost of a professional designer as we should
look at a solid basis for the next 3- 5 years.
