[Oceania-Board] Password Manager options

Hi Greg,

I wanted to get your thoughts on Password Managers. There is a bit of
friction getting stuff down with different people having access. For stuff
where there is less of a security concern (Twitter/Zoom), should we go
ahead and set up a password manager?

I have tried LastPass, 1Password, and NordPass. NordPass is slightly
cheaper, but 1Password was by far the best I tried.

1Password is the same price as LastPass at $4 per user, per month so we'd
be looking at $36 USD a month if everyone was using it ($432 annually). I
have not been able to find any services with NFP pricing yet.

The alternative is to have a spreadsheet where we log the services we use
and the person responsible for each. People would then reach out to the
account admin if they needed the password.

Keen for your thoughts so we can get a solution up soon.
