[Oceania-Board] 2022 Call for venues

I think it's a safe bet in 2022. I used the word "bet" because there is
still some financial and reputation risk.

Locate22 is in Canberra as a big centralised geospatial conference in May (
https://locateconference.com/).

I haven't seen any big in-person international conferences advertising yet,
but I'm sure they will be coming soon.
