[Oceania-Board] 2022 Call for venues

Hi all,
   Congratulations on yesterday to everyone for the superhuman efforts to
get this off the ground and so polished. Kate was an amazing first keynote
speaker and a topic the board could consider discussing.

  As Alex noted, the timing should be up to the LOC however the board could
suggest to LOC that the timing of the conference is open. As flights are
still not available, and if they are, they are few and far between (and
costly) and that it will take time for the LOC to lock in a date (hopefully
out of cyclone season if it is a northern venue), then this looks like the
second half of 2022. Traveling to conference hesitancy also needs to be
checked. Will corporations see value to release staff when it is all on
Zoom?
