[Oceania-Board] OSGeo Oceania Board Attendance

Dear Jonah, Eli and board,
  My profuse apologies for the failure to attend this month's meeting. This
was due to the previous intergovernmental meeting running over by several
hours.I should have let the board know this was a distinct possibility
prior to the meeting.
