Apologies for delayed response. This looks great!
I just would like to flesh out / get some clarity what is the higher level
objectives on why talk about formality vs organic - is it for building
communities / sustaining communities and the OSM project? is it looking at
what works for communities given their local context?
Paid position vs volunteering in OSM is a very debated topic. Jennings and
other researchers have published diaries about paid mapping etc, but we
rarely hear about the communities who are affected (e.g. with paid
positions). Something to think about :)
