[Oceania-Board] Discussion re: webinars with GCA GIS and Digital Analytics Working Group

The GCA crew were supportive of the idea of making it free to attend, they
have run free webinars before. They need to look at some kind of cost
recovery; it sounds like the related expenses are fairly modest so this may
not be a very big deal. Perhaps something OO could even consider funding?

The question of whether the recordings could be made available for free
seemed a little more complicated, at least in part because of the
technical hurdles of opening up a closed platform.

I'd support making it all as free as possible but of course it's GCA's
platform and webinar series, we can decide if we participate or not.

Alex, it would be good to hear more about the proposed MOU, does it relate
to activities like this?
