[Oceania-Board] Geocart potential sponsorship

Thanks Elisa, it sounds like an interesting opportunity! I have a couple of
financial questions I think we should consider:

I'm looking at our budget and seeing we have a "Grants and sponsorship"
line item, in the amount of $5000. It looks like this is meant to include
our grants program. What's our current expenditure against this item?

What's our overall position for the year? Alex mentioned at the last
meeting we may be running at a small loss.

It feels like we have enough cash in the bank to make a call on this but
more generally I'd like to get a better feel for how we're tracking.
