[Oceania-Board] Geocart potential sponsorship

Those are good considerations, thanks John.
Cannot remember right now the expenses for grants of the past years, but we
rarely get the 5k mark (unfortunately). I'd like to rump it up though a
little bit, see the OKR of this year (Still to be discussed).
I do think sponsoring GIS events should be one of our priorities where
possible, as it does help a lot with the community growth and engagement,
and New Zealand, albeit not one of the priority countries, is a difficult
one to win. So letting them know we're here and happy to sponsor
initiatives could help.
But at the same time, I'm not financially wise and would happily get the
finance committee to say their point of view on the matter.
