[Aust-NZ] Sydney Showground

Hi all,
 
I have also suggested to Sydney Showground (Sydney Olympic Park) that we
may may be seeking a proposal from them so that you have a comparison
venue.  Just to let you know, based on Sept/Oct, they can currently only
offer availability 2-12 Sept and then possibly the last week of Sept up
to 04 Oct.  Thereafter, they are pretty much booked out to the end of
the year.
 
If they are to offer a proposal, they will need to know approx how many
people would be in each breakout room.
