[Aust-NZ] Update on incorporation of OSGeo-AustNZ

IMO:

I'm still in the process of getting meaningful quotes for insurance cover 
for the new entity.

This is proving to be quite onerous. Email communications are not 
sufficient apparently, the information must be on the form provided..... 
;-)


I'm anticipating this will take another week or two to sort out based on 
current experience.
