[Aust-NZ] [FOSS4G-Oceania] Fwd: Fwd: OSGeo Annual General Meeting - Local Chapters please join

We do need to discuss the legal entity concept, since that's been stated as
our goal post conference in November.

I'm not sure how it should work, or what it might look like, but I'd like
