Hi Folks,

 

For anyone looking for information on why gender balance and diversity is important  -  a new report from the Champions of Change Fire and Emergency Group goes beyond 'it's the right thing to do'. It explores the benefits and rationale in addressing key risk factors through improving gender balance and diversity.

Whilst this report is for a workplace, that has traditionally be male dominated, the vast majority of the findings could equally be applied to an organisation like OSGEO Oceania.
