[OSGeo Oceania] Announcement: OpenStreetMap Fiji

Hi all, a fantastic open geospatial community project is kicking off in
Fiji, with the support of a HOT Community Impact Microgrant.

OpenStreetMap Fiji has formed to deliver *Building a Resilient
OpenStreetMap Community in Fiji*, a project to grow the OSM community in
Fiji, raise awareness of OSM, and improve disaster resilience through a
series of workshops, mapathons, and field mapping activities over the next
6 months.

We may need some OSM validation support along the way. If you're on
