Hi OSGeo Conference List

According to Angelos [1], the conference committee is responsible for
approving travel grant submissions [2]. Due to low interaction with the
request, I raised it on the Board list, but have been asked to come back to
this committee.

>From what I can see, we have +1 from Til, Steven and Mark and a +0 from Eli
(apologies if I missed anyone). What do we need to get this over the line?

Our event runs in a few weeks, and while the region will be supporting the
full travel grant program we've proposed, it would be fantastic if we can
access some of the $15,000 that's available from the OSGeo budget to help
out.
