[OSGeo Oceania] new board starting soon and other personal considerations

I wanted to follow up on this thread as I had commented on the lack of
transparency. I had a chance to review the meeting minutes (
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PKhEZfvlppA3EgTugCGiZIRrFQxfjbJR/view) and
from what I can see there seemed to be a fairly robust conversation on this
issue. I may not personally agree with the outcome and/or methodology, but
in hindsight, my comments on the lack of transparency in this case weren't
fair. So my apologies to Board, and I appreciate the effort in documenting
the meetings.
As a side note could an email be sent out after each meeting with link to
minutes please.
