[OSGeo Oceania] Shout out!

Oh gosh, that’s so lovely to read, thanks so much John!

I tried to do my best to help this year, but the reality is that I had to
learn from my mistakes and they were quite a few! I hope the community
don’t feel let down by them and reading your words make me more confident
that a bit of good has poured out.

Still, even if the work of a few sometime is precious in a group of
volunteers, we would not grow and carry on without the support and
contribution of many, and it has been my absolute privilege to have the
constant support and help of many incredible and passionate volunteers,
like you - one of the true souls of OO - Emma, and Ewen, our new chair who
has already started his year with a lot of energy and enthusiasm and great
organising skills (never my forte!).

So prepare yourself for another amazing year!
