[OSGeo Oceania] Relay: Election timeline and assistance to non-Australian citizens

Thanks Adam for the feedback and posting on the list the news!
I'm also looking for some keen person who would like to help setting up and
running the Director ID program with me. It's a pretty easy but important
task as we are committed to bringing down that bureaucratic barrier and
have a more diverse Board to represent all of our countries. Please DM me
