[GeoForAll-UrbanScience] OpenCitySmart listserv link not functional

Hi Chris and Patrick --

I notice that the OpenCitySmart wiki page [1] has a reference to a listserv
sign up that doesn't exist. It says "Those interested in being part of this
global enterprise, please subscribe here
http://lists.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/opencitysmart" but there is
no such list. I'm using the older urbanscience listserv here [2]. We should
probably delete that page and get the other functional? Let me know if you
need me to do something.
