[OpenLayers-Dev] KML / OWS Context support in OpenLayers

Lisasoft is still waiting on a list of deliverables. At the moment, 
we've been asked to add KML support to Mapbuilder.

For another project with the OGC, we need simple filtering and styling 
using SLD, so this is probably the best area for us to focus on.
