[OpenLayers-Dev] Vector Branch Integration

Erik, I'm flat out at the moment, but hope to have a little time to help 
out with the vector branch push in March 4-9.
Could you please email a status to this list if any significant 
development is started and I'll try to ensure  I tune in.
