Although the overview map is not supported in Safari, this is still a
bug. Filed as #478.

I don't consider this a blocker bug for the release, but it is an
interesting problem. Filed as #479.

This is expected behavior. Ticket #477 is now trackign this behavior,
and it has been added to the OverviewMap wiki documentation.
