Safari actually work.

the problem is: to select a server you need to focus on the select 
(click on) and then use arrows to move up and down.
than all functions works.
this happens with all selects and div scrolls (there's no way to scroll 
divs).

I've tried to play with OpenLayers.Event methods by I've not been lucky 
actually.
