[OpenLayers-Dev] final animated zooming and panning patches

Hi dev,

I splitted up my final animated zooming and panning demo [1] in 3 tickets and 
8 patches:
- animated zooming #442 [2]
- animated panning #110 [3]
- new keys for panning #580 [4]

Known bugs:
- overviewmap doesn't zoom to custom level only after page is loaded [5]  (If 
I debug the load process it works fine. Perhaps an event problem?)
- tiles greater than 32768px (2^15) don't display in FF (win,mac), Safari, 
Opera; for IE it will catch to prevent that IE crash
- existent zoomBar behavior bug [6]

It would be great if you can review the patches in the next weeks, so that I 
can consider it for my thesis. Let me know when the feature goes into trunk - 
or if there are any issues/problems.
