[OpenLayers-Dev] Different icons for GeoRSS items based on their "category" property

Hi,

I created a patch to add the feature requested in #1073 [1]. It uses
the style and rules framework I developed for sld rendering (#533
[2]), and therefore depends on the patch proposed in that ticket.

The new functionality is currently under sandbox/ahocevar/sldRenderer,
because it depends on most of the work done there.

For an example, please have a look at [3] and use georss-category.xml
as GeoRSS URL to see the results.
