[OpenLayers-Dev] Code Sprint: Context

Tim Schaub and Lorenzo (of the little green men) sat down and started
working on serializing and deserializing OpenLayers Map objects: you can
see some results of that work in the context sandbox:

This is the first step to having a full history tool, which allows a
user to do things like 'back button support' that have been worked on in
the past.
